\nA young father shot dead in a confrontation in Washington Heights displayed a gun and tried to ambush the man who killed him, video obtained by the Daily News shows.<\/p>\n

Jorge Martinez, 25, was shot once in the chest at about 1:40 a.m. Nov. 26 on W. 177th St. and Wadsworth Ave. Martinez\u2019s family fumed last week that the shooter, Edward Sosa, was only charged with weapon possession, not murder.<\/p>\n

But video from a nearby surveillance camera and provided to prosecutors and Sosa\u2019s defense lawyers shows Martinez was an aggressor in the deadly encounter.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

FORT BEND COUNTY, Texas \u2013 Surveillance footage captured the moments in which a wife chased and shot at multiple suspects who stabbed her husband during a robbery and home invasion Tuesday morning, the Fort Bend County Sheriff\u2019s Office said.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred in the 18900 block of Morant Bay Drive in Richmond.<\/p>\n

Deputies said the suspects entered the couple\u2019s home around 8:28 a.m. and attempted to rob the 51-year-old man and his wife. One of the suspects stabbed the man in the leg.<\/p>\n

Dashcam video shared with KPRC 2 shows up to four suspects running away from the scene while the wife chased after them, shooting.<\/p>\n

Multiple gunshots can be heard in the video.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
