\nA Glendale, Arizona, police officer used a Taser on a man who refused to put down a knife, causing him to fall to the ground and stab himself in the neck, body cam footage obtained by Fox News shows.<\/p>\n

The incident occurred Nov. 23 after officers were called to the scene of a “suspicious” fire, police said. Upon arrival, officers found an individual who was “acting odd.” They determined that the man was associated with the house on fire. An officer began talking to the man to keep him calm.<\/p>\n

The body cam footage shows the officer trying to keep the man away from the fire trucks so “they can do their job.”<\/p>\n

At some point, the individual produces a large kitchen knife. The officer can be heard giving the man repeated commands to drop the knife, but the man appears not to comply.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nA Philadelphia woman shot her ex-boyfriend in the face after he attempted to break into her home late Sunday night, according to a local report.<\/p>\n

Philadelphia police confirmed to Fox News that a 31-year-old Black male was shot in the left side of the face while trying to break into a home just after 11 p.m. in the 4700 block of Ashville Street in the Holmesburg neighborhood.<\/p>\n

Local news station WPVI-TV reported that police said the male suspect was the ex-boyfriend of the woman who owned the home.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Williamson County K-9 team helps find domestic violence suspect<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nFAIRVIEW, Tenn. (WKRN) \u2014 A Williamson County K-9 is being credited for helping find a domestic violence suspect who damaged a Fairview police car while escaping.<\/p>\n

It happened late Saturday night in Fairview. That\u2019s where officers respond to a domestic call involving 35-year-old Terrance Kilpatrick of Jackson, Tenn.<\/p>\n

When officers showed up, investigators said, Kilpatrick fled the scene, smashing his car into the front end of a Fairview police cruiser.<\/p>\n

Soon, Williamson County deputies were on scene backing up Fairview officers.<\/p>\n

That included Deputy Hayden Smith and K-9 Titus, who searched the suspect\u2019s abandoned car.<\/p>\n

It was there that K9 Titus picked up the scent of Kilpatrick before tracking him through the woods.<\/p>\n

The dog tugged his handler to a shed behind a resident\u2019s home.<\/p>\n

The scent was strong, and officers searched the cluttered structure but found nothing.<\/p>\n

But the dog was persistent, continually scratching at the wooden structure indicating that the suspect was inside.<\/p>\n

That\u2019s when Deputy Smith suggested a second look.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
