Dr. Ronny Jackson, USN, who served in the White House Medical Unit during President Dubya Bush\u2019s Admin. Dr. Jackson would go on to lead the White House Medical Unit as Physician to the President during the Obama and Trump Administrations.<\/p>\n
Dr. Jackson retired from the Navy as a Rear Admiral after 25 years of distinguished service. He returned to Texas and ran for U.S. Congress, winning Texas\u2019 13th Congressional District in November 2020. His committee assignments include the House Armed Services Committee and the House Foreign Affairs Committee.<\/p>\n

Ronny Jackson, the former White House physician-turned-congressman, says he\u2019s “terrified for our country” in the wake of President Joe Biden\u2019s televised town hall this week \u2014 and doubts whether the commander in chief has the cognitive ability to make it through a full term.<\/p>\n “He\u2019s completely LOST it!” Jackson, R-Texas, tweeted Saturday, along with a video clip in which Biden answers a reporter\u2019s question about defunding the police by claiming that Republicans accuse him of “sucking the blood out of kids.”<\/p>\n “Needs a cognitive exam NOW!” Jackson posted.<\/p>\n In Biden\u2019s performance on CNN Wednesday night, widely mocked by conservatives on social media, he made false assertions about the efficacy of COVID vaccines, talked about helping children “find out whether there\u2019s a man on the moon or whether those aliens are here or not” and confused some in the audience with references to obscure conspiracy theories.<\/p>\n “I mean, Qanon, the idea that the Democrats or that Biden is hiding people and sucking the blood of children and \u2014 no, I\u2019m serious,” he said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n The 25th amendment, Section 4, states in part:<\/p>\n Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n I’m sure there have been Vice Presidents less qualified than Kamala to “Fleet Up” to be POTUS in the past.
