For, the Obama Justice Department has quietly ordered FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high value detainees captured and held at U.S. detention facilities in Afghanistan, according a senior Republican on the House Intelligence Committee. \u201cThe administration has decided to change the focus to law enforcement. Here\u2019s the problem. You have foreign fighters who are targeting US troops today \u2013 foreign fighters who go to another country to kill Americans. We capture them\u2026and they\u2019re reading them their rights \u2013 Mirandizing these foreign fighters,\u201d says Representative Mike Rogers, who recently met with military, intelligence and law enforcement officials on a fact-finding trip to Afghanistan.<\/p>\n<p>Rogers, a former FBI special agent and U.S. Army officer, says the Obama administration has not briefed Congress on the new policy. \u201cI was a little surprised to find it taking place when I showed up because we hadn\u2019t been briefed on it, I didn\u2019t know about it. We\u2019re still trying to get to the bottom of it, but it is clearly a part of this new global justice initiative.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This is beyond asinine.  The fact that the Obama administration is doing this under the radar proves that he knows it\u2019s idiotic but he\u2019s doing it anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Why is he doing it?  Who knows?<\/p>\n<p>But I know this, men will die because of it.<\/p>\n<p>Of course Obama doesn\u2019t care.  In fact, I believe that more dead soldiers is what he wants.  The more dead GI\u2019s the better his case for surrendering and giving the Jihadis exactly what they want.<\/p>\n<p>Any lefties (who actually served) want to defend this?  Haven\u2019t heard from Wheeler lately.  What say you Richard?
