\nOKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) \u2013 The Friday night shooting at a Taco Bell in Oklahoma City occurred during a physical altercation between an armed security guard and another man, according to police.<\/p>\n

The shooting occurred just after 10 p.m. Friday at the Taco Bell at Sheridan and Classen.<\/p>\n

An Oklahoma City Police Department official told KFOR that the guard confronted the man in the Taco Bell parking lot. They argued and the argument became heated.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

April shooting death ruled justifiable homicide<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nA shooting death at Donald and Webster Streets in South Bend in April has been ruled a justifiable homicide.<\/p>\n

The St. Joseph County Prosecutor\u2019s Office says the death of David Austin was justified, as several witnesses said Austin approached the shooter, a 72 year-old man, in an aggressive manner and had punched the man.<\/p>\n

State law dictates that self-defense has to be disproven, and it could not in this case. The shooter himself called 9-1-1 after the incident.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
