\nThe \u2018peeping Tom\u2019 who was shot three times by a Texas father after allegedly touching himself while peering into a 10-year-old girl\u2019s window has been charged, a report said.<\/p>\n

Fox 26 Houston reported that Jorge Ramos, 44, has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and indecency with a child by exposure. The report said that the suspect is still hospitalized after the June 28 incident in northwest Harris County.<\/p>\n

The report, citing court documents, said the girl alerted her parents about a man after he allegedly tapped on her window while touching himself. Her parents, who were not identified, retrieved their guns and confronted the suspect, reports said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Report: Man beating woman at Sahara Las Vegas was shot with his own gun<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nLAS VEGAS (KLAS) \u2014 A man shot at the Sahara Las Vegas on Sunday, June 27 was in the process of beating a woman when one of her friends took his gun and shot him, according to the arrest report. However police are still trying to determine who shot him.<\/p>\n

The shooting happened around 11:30 a.m. in a hotel hallway on the 22nd floor. That\u2019s where police found Brandon Dangerfield suffering from a gunshot wound to his abdomen.<\/p>\n

According to Dangerfield\u2019s arrest report, his former girlfriend said he had shown up uninvited to her birthday party at a hotel room on the 22nd floor and then tried pulling her out of the room through the front door after threatening to shoot her girlfriends.<\/p>\n

During the physical fight, the ex-girlfriend told police, Dangerfield choked her, hit her in the face, and dragged her face across the carpet causing a \u201crug burn on her right temple and swelling to both eyes.\u201d In addition, the officers noted Dangerfield\u2019s hands on her neck caused petechiae (broken capillary blood vessels) to her right eye, the report said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
