I&#8217;m livid.<\/p>\n<p>Sorry Jonn, I took\u00a0 liberty and posted this.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<div class=\"blogText\">\n<p>Justice Department spokesman Dean Boyd <a href=\"http:\/\/theplumline.whorunsgov.com\/torture\/happy-hour-roundup-pelosi-to-slap-down-detainee-photo-release-ban\/\" target=\"_blank\">confirms<\/a> Steve Hayes&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.weeklystandard.com\/weblogs\/TWSFP\/2009\/06\/miranda_rights_for_terrorists.asp\" target=\"_blank\">report<\/a> that the FBI is reading Miranda rights to terrorist suspects in Afghanistan:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cThere has been no policy change and nor blanket instruction issued for FBI agents to Mirandize detainees overseas.
