A passenger on a Delta flight from Los Angeles to Nashville allegedly tried to breach the cockpit and hijack the plane Friday.<\/p>\n

Delta Flight 386 crew members tackled and zip-tied the man before anyone was harmed, according to a FOX Television Stations report.<\/p>\n

Cellphone video shows some of the encounter, with a man in a Delta uniform wrestling with someone who is out of view of the camera behind a row of seats.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nA 60-year-old man fatally shot another person Friday after they had broken into his neighbor\u2019s east Oak Cliff home, police say.<\/p>\n

Police said the man, who has not been identified, called 911 around 11:35 a.m. to report a burglary in the 300 block of Halsey Street, near Interstate 35E and East Kiest Boulevard.<\/p>\n

The man told investigators that he saw the victim and two other men break into his neighbor\u2019s home and as they were leaving, one of them fired multiple shots at him. The man returned fire and shot the victim.<\/p>\n

The victim, who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital where they later died.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

\nNew Orleans police say no charges will be filed at this time against a man who shot and killed a suspected home invader on Thursday night in the French Quarter, FOX8 reports.<\/p>\n

The suspected home invader was banging on the door and lunged at the homeowner when he opened it, according to the local news outlet.<\/p>\n

Neighbors told the Times Picquayne and the New Orleans Advocate that before the shooting, they saw a man who appeared to be intoxicated pulling on door handles in the neighborhood as well as knocking on doors.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
