Individuals who are fully vaccinated may be mask-less out doors, provided they are not among a large group of people. The CDC released new guidelines covering this change. Facemasks are still required in the presence of large crowds. Joe Biden used his announcement to encourage Americans to get vaccinated.<\/p>\n
