When you see how she sliced it for the camera, it makes you just want to dive into that cut of beef.<\/p>\n<p>Perfect for the chilly weather we\u2019ve been having where I am, and add some potatoes to it, plus a good side order of veggies and a fresh-cut veggie plate, and you\u2019re sitting in on a meal that the Colonials might have envied.
