Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes<\/h3>\n

And onions. You’ll need:<\/strong>
\n1 tablespoon vegetable oil
\n1 (16 ounce) package smoked kielbasa sausage, diced
\n6 medium red potatoes, diced
\n1 medium onion, diced
\n1 red bell pepper, sliced
\n1 yellow bell pepper, sliced<\/p>\n

You’ll do:<\/strong>
\n1) Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Place kielbasa onion and potatoes in the saucepan. Cover, and cook 25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.<\/p>\n

2) Mix red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper into the saucepan, and continue cooking 5 minutes, until peppers are just tender.<\/p>\n
