The sundowning septuagenarian can be heard saying, &#8220;Salute the Marines&#8221; as he walks past a Marine sentry with his wife. He didn&#8217;t actually, you know, do the thing, with your hand, c&#8217;mon man! Some, like the poster of the tweet below think that this was a case of Biden parroting what whomever is speaking to him through an earpiece is telling him.
