It doesn’t get much easier than this. Got turkey leftovers from the big day, and need to clear the decks? Here’s how.<\/p>\n

Turkey Hash<\/h3>\n

You’ll Need:<\/strong>
\n2 tbsp. margarine or butter
\n1 medium onion
\n2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
\n2 c. leftover stuffing
\n2 c. leftover cooked turkey
\n1 c. leftover cooked vegetables
\n1\/4 c. fresh parsley leaves
\n1\/2 c. leftover cranberry sauce
\n1 c leftover gravy<\/p>\n

You’ll Do:<\/strong>
\nIn 12-inch nonstick skillet, melt margarine on medium. Add onion and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until browned, stirring frequently. Stir in mashed potatoes, stuffing, turkey, and vegetables. Cook 20 minutes, turning occasionally and pressing with spatula, until browned. Add gravy, stir, bring to a simmer to heat through. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with cranberry sauce.
