What a honest assessment of what has transpired there after 19 years and counting of effort. A modicum, defined by Oxford as &#8220;a small quantity of a particular thing, especially something considered desirable or valuable.&#8221; There you go. We&#8217;ve secured a small quantity of success. At the cost of about $1 <em>Trillion<\/em>, more than 2,300 American lives, and thousands more injured. Let&#8217;s pat each other on the backs.
