Four disabled veterans left a Marine Corps ball in Houston on Saturday to find their truck windows shattered and belongings stolen.<\/p>\n

A handgun, a purse and a laptop were included among the missing possessions.<\/p>\n

All of the victims had disabled veteran license plates and all drove trucks, Houston TV news\u00a0channel KPRC 2<\/a>\u00a0first reported. – article<\/p>\n

It appears that the vets’ trucks were targeted, possibly because they have Disabled Veteran license plates on them, and the parking lot was quite full when they got there. But since it was an event for veterans, being sent to a parking space in back may have simply been a coincidence.
