Rush Limbaugh &#8211; check. George Bush &#8211; check. Dick Cheney &#8211; check. Karl Rove &#8211; check. So who&#8217;s missing? Ah, yes &#8211; the Swiftboat Vets that sunk John Kerry&#8217;s campaign in 2004. Well &#8211; check them off, too. This was in my email this morning under the subject heading &#8220;Swiftboating healthcare&#8221;;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/swiftboaters.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/swiftboaters.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"swiftboaters\" width=\"500\" height=\"567\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-10728\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/swiftboaters.jpg 624w, https:\/\/www.azuse.cloud\/wp-content\/uploads\/2009\/05\/swiftboaters-264x300.jpg 264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Yeah, so I went over and checked the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.swiftvets.com\/\">Swift Boat Vets and POWs for Truth website<\/a> and they&#8217;ve been officially disbanded for almost a year. So what the Hell is Plouffe talking about?<\/p>\n<p>Well it seems that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.prwatch.org\/node\/8371\">Center for Media and Democracy<\/a> (another one of those &#8220;nonpartisan&#8221; organizations &#8211; like IAVA and VoteVets) has discovered that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.crcpublicrelations.com\/\">CRC Public Relations<\/a>, the same PR firm hired by the Swiftboat vets in 2004 to get their message out, has been hired by the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.conservativesforpatientsrights.com\/\">Conservatives for Patients&#8217; Rights<\/a>. So because of that tenuous link, Obama is being threatened by the Swiftboaters. <\/p>\n<p>I guess the Obamabots are easily convinced that anything those extremist veterans support is wrong for them.
