Carson City man jailed after homeowner shoots him in foot for alleged attempted break-in<\/strong><\/p>\n by Jeff Munson Moses Aristides Sandoval was arrested at 5:14 a.m. in the 300 block of Corbett Street. According to the booking report, deputies were dispatched to the area for a report of a home invasion in progress. The homeowner informed dispatch they had the suspect on the ground at gunpoint and that they were in the backyard.<\/p>\n Deputies arrived, observed the homeowner and instructed him to make his way to other deputies. The male suspect was located on the ground, bleeding from the face and was on the ground at a back-sliding door. Moses, who had a strong odor of alcohol on his person, was placed into handcuffs and escorted out of the backyard.
