Chef&#8217;s choice. I use the air fryer function on my Ninja and there&#8217;s not a dimes worth of difference that I can tell. YMMV.<\/p>\n<h3>Oven Fried Chicken Tenders<\/h3>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Need:<\/strong><br \/>\n1\/4 cup all-purpose flour<\/p>\n<p>1 egg<\/p>\n<p>1 tablespoon water or milk<\/p>\n<p>1 cup plain or Italian style or panko crispy bread crumbs (I like panko)<\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup grated Parm cheese<\/p>\n<p>1 1\/4 lb (20 oz) chicken breast tenders (from two 14-oz packages)<\/p>\n<p>Favorite dipping sauce(s)<\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Do:<\/strong><br \/>\n1) Heat oven to 425\u00b0F. Line cookie sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.<\/p>\n<p>2) Season tenders with S&#038;P. In shallow dish, place flour. In another shallow dish, beat egg and water. In third shallow dish, mix bread crumbs and cheese. Coat chicken with flour; dip into egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Place on cookie sheet.<\/p>\n<p>3) Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until chicken is no longer pink in center and coating is golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.<\/p>\n<p>Or fry in 425 degree oil until golden brown. Remember, my recipes are guidelines, not carved in stone. Want Tex-Mex? Add cumin and chile powder to the flour, garnish with cilantro. More Euro? Go Simon-Garfunkel with sage, rosemary and thyme (parsley for garnish).
