The officer didn’t follow the cardinal rule that you must know where you’re shooting and what’s behind that.

None of the officers involved that night were indicted for any crimes related to the shooting of Taylor or her boyfriend.

Naturally, the protesters, who are entirely organic and without organization have started to riot. Even if all the officers were indicted on murder charges, they’d have rioted. We saw that in Minneapolis and Atlanta. You cannot appease a mob of violent insurrectionists. Louisville will burn tonight and probably for a few days, if not weeks, to come.

In fact, they are so unorganized that here’s some video of them unorganizing a bunch of shields out of the back of a totally-not-pre-positioned U-Haul!

Unloading the riot shields from the Uhaul #Louisville #BreonnaTaylor pic.twitter.com/F9KqzRB5lM

— Brendan Gutenschwager (@BGOnTheScene) September 23, 2020

Breitbart has more twitter feeds and links to what’s going on on the ground. I fear for the good people in Louisville. The ones who own property and businesses there. They are the ones going to be hit the hardest by this Marxist terrorism.

Louisville the city and the metro police department have done a terrible job on combating the many false narratives around this incident. Here are some of the facts.

Breonna Taylor’s apartment (and her herself) were named on the warrant.

The warrant was authorized by the judge to be a no-knock warrant, but officers were instructed to knock and announce before entry. It is confirmed by Taylor’s boyfriend (who repeatedly shot at the cops) that the officers knocked.

Officers have repeatedly been said to be in “plain clothes”, implying they were not immediately identifiable. They were wearing street clothing, but over the top of that they were wearing bulletproof vests with clear identifying patches on them.

Taylor is said to have been killed while sleeping in her bed. She did not. She was in the hallway outside her bedroom at the time she was fatally shot.

Breonna Taylor is often pictured in her EMS uniform and is referred to as an “emergency medical worker”. The implication is that she was a paramedic or EMT. This is misleading. That picture is from a class graduation from 2016. She was fired or asked to resign in lieu of firing from the City of Louisville just five months after starting that job. The city’s paperwork regarding her employment indicate that she is not eligible for rehire by the city, which is very common when people are fired or resign in lieu of firing. At the time of her death she was working as a technician in an emergency room.

Here are some media sources for the above listed facts. These are decidedly not pro-cop sources either. WAVE 3 and the Courier Journal

This is a developing story, so expect more.
