She’s threatening to impeach President Trump a second time, because the first was such a stunning success, and Attorney General Barr to boot. That this is a blatant stalling tactic is obvious, with the hope of a Biden Presidency to name RBG’s replacement. It won’t be Biden making the pick, of course.
\nThen there’s the lame duck session between administrations if the Dems do prevail in the White House run. Joe will not yet have taken the oath, and Trump would is still be the Prez. Then what? For now, San Fran Nan is content to go Self Inflicted Bernathian Level Dumb Ass Move (SIBLDAM)* with impeachment threats. One can hardly wait for the Senate Confirmation Hearing, no matter who Trump picks. Anyone recall how well the Dems looked during the Kavanaugh hearings?

By: VIRGINIA KRUTA<\/strong><\/p>\n House Speaker Nancy Pelosi refused to rule out the possible impeachment of President Donald Trump and Attorney General William Barr in order to derail a Supreme Court nomination.<\/p>\n Pelosi spoke Sunday with ABC\u2019s George Stephanopoulos on \u201cThis Week,\u201d saying that Democrats would not be setting aside any of the \u201carrows in our quiver\u201d going into the last days before the November 3 election.<\/p>\n Stephanopoulos asked Pelosi about the possibility that the Senate could attempt to push a nominee through in a lame duck session in the event that former Vice President Joe Biden won and the balance shifted in the Senate.<\/p>\n \u201cSo what can you do then? Some have mentioned the possibility, if they try to push through a nominee in a lame duck session that you and the House can move to impeach President Trump or Attorney General Barr as a way of stalling and preventing the Senate from acting on this nomination,\u201d Stephanopoulos said.<\/p>\n \u201cWell, we have our options. We have arrows in our quiver that I\u2019m not about to discuss right now,\u201d Pelosi replied, accusing Trump and \u201chis henchmen\u201d of saying that they would not accept the results of the election and adding that she believed that late Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg would want them to prioritize protecting the integrity of the election.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Trump was elected, perhaps largely, on his potential picks for the Supreme Court.
