North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has been in a coma for months and all his recent public appearances were faked, a South Korean official says in a new report about the reclusive despot.<\/p>\n
Chang Song-min, a former aide to late South Korean President Kim Dae-jung, alleged that Kim has become seriously ill amid speculation about his limited public appearances this year.<\/p>\n
The former aide now claims Kim fell into a coma months ago and that his subsequent appearances were recorded previously, according to the UK’s Sun<\/a>.<\/p>\n It is not the first time that the leader\u2019s absence has prompted rumors of health problems<\/strong> A South Korean<\/a> diplomat is speculating that North Korean<\/a> leader Kim Jung Un<\/a> has fallen into a coma and that his sister, Kim Yo Jong, is poised to take the rogue nation’s reins.<\/p>\n Chang Song-min, a former aide to South Korea\u2019s late president Kim Dae-jung, made the sensational claims to South Korean media, according to the New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n Chang suggested that Kim is in a coma, \u201cbut his life has not ended.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cA complete succession structure has not been formed, so Kim Yo-jong is being brought to the fore as the vacuum cannot be maintained for a prolonged period.\u201d<\/p>\n Chang\u2019s allegation comes just days after South Korea\u2019s spy agency said the North\u2019s 36-year-old leader had delegated part of his authority to his close aides, including his younger sister, the Yonhap News Agency<\/a> reported.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n Let’s hope it’s nothing trivial.
