Police: 2 shot while trying to rob store at Florida mall<\/strong><\/p>\n

PEMBROKE PINES, Fla. (AP) – Two men were shot and wounded Friday afternoon while trying to rob a jewelry store at a Florida mall, authorities said.<\/p>\n

The shooting occurred at the Pembroke Lakes Mall, according to a Pembroke Pines police news release. Officials said they believe no other people were involved in the shooting but were asking the public to avoid the area.<\/p>\n

After the two men entered the jewelry store, one of the men began to smash the glass display cases while the other grabbed the exposed jewelry, police said. A store employee withdrew his concealed firearm and shot at both suspects, the release said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Officials identify man killed after allegedly firing weapon in SLC club<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nSALT LAKE CITY \u2014 Salt Lake City police Saturday identified the man who died after allegedly firing a weapon inside a nightclub earlier that morning.<\/p>\n

Gustav Denecamp, 27, was fatally shot by a club employee about 1:30 a.m., police say.<\/p>\n

The incident happened at the Echo nightclub at 134 W. Pierpont Ave., according to Salt Lake City Police Lt. Brett Olsen.<\/p>\n

Olsen said the man fired a weapon and then was shot once by an employee who had his own gun. Denecamp went outside where responding officers attempted lifesaving measures, Olsen said, but he died at the scene.<\/p>\n

No one else was injured, Olsen said.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Yes, the court previously known as the \u201c9th Circus\u201d for being the most Leftist, most overturned, and most wrong court in the land, ruled in favor of the rights of gun owners on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n

California deemed that the use or sale of magazines with a higher capacity than ten bullets (LCMs) are illegal. Voters passed the measure. The three-judge panel in the 9th Circuit Court ruled that the limitation is unconstitutional.<\/p>\n

The Court said in its opinion that it was \u201ckeenly aware\u201d of gun violence and the tragedies therein, and the decision has nothing to say about \u201cissues not before us,\u201d such as \u201cassault weapons\u201d bans.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
