The crowd first gathered at Floyd Light Park, located in the 700 block of Southeast 106th Avenue. The group then walked in to SE 106th and marched toward the East Precinct, located at 737 SE 106th Avenue.<\/p>\n

A riot has been declared outside East Precinct. You are ordered to disperse to the north immediately.Failure to comply with this order may subject you to citation or arrest, and may subject you to the use of crowd control agents and\/or impact weapons.<\/em><\/p>\n

So, someone finally got fed up and declared “it’s a riot”.\u00a0 Well, good. Reality does sometimes take a while to sink in. The cleanup bill is probably cringeworthy.<\/p>\n

There was a video of a pickup truck that had run over a motorcycle and dragged it along its route of escape.<\/p>\n
