At that time he pled not guilty.<\/p>\n<p>Reports are that his court martial has been scheduled for August 25th. Details of the charges and who the victim are is not yet public information.<\/p>\n<p>It looks as though Russell had a stellar career up to this point. He&#8217;s served with the 2nd Infantry Division, 82nd Airborne Division, and the 7th Special Forces Group as well as &#8220;numerous&#8221; deployments to OEF and OIF.
