Never heard of it"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Fox News reports that during a press conference last night, Mayor Eric Garcetti of Los Angeles announced that he&#8217;s authorized the city to shut off power and water to properties that are violating Coronavirus gathering restrictions.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe know we can do this,\u201d Garcetti said, responding to a question about the measure\u2019s legality.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Off the top of my head this sounds like violations of the 1st, 4th, and 5th Amendments.
