Call me old-fashioned, but when some post-adolescent snot finds it necessary to make obnoxious and vulgar remarks about someone in a public venue, I really do want to teach him\/her\/it some manners, the old-fashioned way.<\/p>\n
We all have freedom of speech. We can agree to disagree, and we should be able to do so in a civilized way. That does not mean that being lewd, crude and rude are socially acceptable in person, or acceptable as public communication, but it does let everyone know that people who spew that trash are limited in both intelligence and vocabulary.<\/p>\n
Here is the source of my annoyance:\u00a0 https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2020\/07\/14\/adam-parkhomenko-black-lives-matter-marsha-blackburn-inbred-racist-trash\/<\/a><\/p>\n A Democratic strategist called a Republican female senator \u201cinbred racist trash\u201d for criticizing the founders of the Black Lives Matter group.<\/p>\n Republican Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn critiqued the nonprofit Black Lives Matter national organization in a Monday tweet, saying that BLM is run by \u201ctrained Marxists.\u201d She\u00a0clarified<\/a>\u00a0in a later tweet her comment referred to BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors, who has called herself and her fellow BLM organizers \u201ctrained Marxists,\u201d\u00a0according to the New York Post<\/a>.<\/p>\n Democratic<\/a>\u00a0strategist and former National Field Director for the Democratic National Committee Adam Parkhomenko\u00a0attacked<\/a> Blackburn for her comments, saying in a tweet: \u201cYou are inbred racist trash. Please fuck off.\u201d – article<\/p>\n As much as I would love to bitch slap that slobbering, obnoxious vulgarian Parkhomenko, the entire objective of anyone who does that kind of thing is to GET an angry reaction from the person being bullied.\u00a0 I’m quite willing to bet he runs to his Mummy when people are mean to him because they don’t agree with him and do let him know they think he’s stoopid.<\/p>\n It’s what little kids do on the playground… except that now that we’re all on lockdown and have to practice social distancing, the only way some spoiled brat can pick on someone that he thinks is weak, just to get a reaction, is to do it through the twitterpated universe of post-adolescent foul-mouthed brats.\u00a0 They all need their brains dunked in soapy water and their mouths washed out with it. But even that likely won’t teach them any decent manners.<\/p>\n And to think that my Dad would give us one hard smack on the behind if we said anything vulgar or used such foul language. He did tell us that if we wanted to say nasty things, read Shakespeare’s works to find them. Good old Will was the expert at inventing insults, with a vocabulary of over 100,000 words that, when pulled together, would wrinkle the very air with their intensity.<\/p>\n While it has its place in all languages, vulgarity as a constant means of communicating is quite ineffective and shows a lack of creativity, never mind a lack of real brainpower.<\/p>\n If you cannot call someone out without using profanity, it lets us all know how truly weak you are.<\/p>\n It does, however, suggest another Creative Project, which I will endeavor to pursue.<\/p>\n Many thanks to Skippy for the story.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"\n\n\u201cWe cannot allow our great country to be destroyed under the pretense of social justice,\u201d Blackburn tweeted.
