Yesterday, we posted<\/a> in regard to Joseph Maximilan Fucheck<\/a> of North Miami Beach Florida who went on a rant captured on video<\/a>, was arrested and now charged with a hate crime.\u00a0 During the rant, he claimed that he was a “35-year Navy SEAL,” a Purple Heart recipient and head of a SWAT team in Hillsborough County Florida.<\/p>\n

Although the media reports say that he said he was a “35-year old Navy SEAL” we believe the claim was that he was a SEAL for 35 years.\u00a0 This would mean that the Department of the Navy would hold his records.<\/p>\n

So, we asked them… and they replied “Who?”<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Fuchuck could have served in the Navy if he got out before the mid-1990s, but this would undermine his claim of being a Navy SEAL for 35 years.\u00a0 Since NPRC is operating in a limited capacity due to COVID-19, we may not be able to confirm Navy service until many months from now.\u00a0 The response from the Department of the Navy does not support his claim of being in the Navy for at least 35 years.<\/p>\n

The folks at Military Phony also checked Fucheck’s name against the BUD\/S-SEAL database and could not find his name listed.<\/p>\n

Judging from Joe Fucheck’s Facebook page<\/a>, he posts a lot of photos of him when he was younger.\u00a0 These appear to be professional photos.\u00a0 Come on – no bathroom selfie?<\/p>\n

Since there are no current photos of Joe on his page, perhaps he likes to live in the past?\u00a0 It is perfectly fine if Joe likes to identify with his past, but there is strong likelihood that his past did not involve being a Navy SEAL as claimed in the video<\/a> as well as suggested in this photo.<\/p>\n

He claimed in the video<\/a> that he has Purple Heart license plates.\u00a0 If this is true – it begs the question as to how he obtained them?<\/p>\n

According to this article, prosecutors are saying that Fucheck lied about serving and being a deputy.<\/p>\n
