Wounded security guard fatally shoots man and woman outside Riverside nightclub<\/strong><\/p>\n

RIVERSIDE, Calif. – A man and a woman were killed early Monday morning in a shootout with a security guard outside a Riverside nightclub, leaving the guard wounded, police said.<\/p>\n

The man and woman died at the scene, Riverside Police officer Ryan Railsback said. Their names were withheld, pending notification of their relatives. Police were unsure of the relationship between the man and woman.<\/p>\n

The security guard was hospitalized in stable condition and was expected to survive, Railsback said. His name was not released.<\/p>\n

It happened around 12:30 a.m. at El Calentano in the 10300 block of Arlington Avenue.<\/p>\n

The club owner told FOX 11 that before the shooting, the man and women were kicked out of the establishment because the man was reportedly acting belligerent.<\/p>\n

The pair left in their vehicle and drove around before returning to the area where they reportedly shot the security guard in the leg from inside their vehicle.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Woman treated, man shot after altercation in Boyd County neighborhood<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nBOYD COUNTY, Ky. (WSAZ) – A man was shot and a woman was injured during an altercation Saturday afternoon in Boyd County.<\/p>\n

Deputies say it happened on Ponderosa Ridge when a man from a neighboring home came outside and started yelling at a woman.<\/p>\n

According to investigators on scene, the argument escalated and the man lunged at the woman. The woman reportedly hit the man in the head with an object, and he started choking her.<\/p>\n

Deputies tell our crew at the scene the woman\u2019s brother came outside and told the neighbor to get off of her. When he didn\u2019t, the brother got a gun and shot the man in the leg.<\/p>\n

Deputies say the man\u2019s injuries do not appear to be life threatening.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
