Cops: Robbery victim chases suspect through Roswell, points him out to police<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nA man accused of selling fake phones to unsuspecting people in Alpharetta and Dunwoody is out on bond after being chased down by an unhappy customer following a transaction in a Target parking lot, authorities said.<\/p>\n

According to Roswell police, an officer and her recruit were on patrol when they were flagged down by a man who told them he was robbed by the driver of the car in front of theirs.<\/p>\n

The robbery occurred after he and a friend arranged to buy a new iPhone from someone they met on the \u201cOfferUp\u201d app, police said in a news release.<\/p>\n

After handing over $640, the man noticed his new phone was \u201cdisplaying foreign characters and glitching,\u201d police said. When he asked for his money back, the seller refused, allegedly flashing a handgun and threatening to shoot him if he didn\u2019t back away.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Armed protesters ‘take over’ Atlanta Wendy’s parking lot where Rayshard Brooks was killed<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nArmed protesters<\/a> stood guard on Tuesday at an Atlanta-area<\/a> Wendy’s, the site where Rayshard Brooks<\/a>, a black man shot twice in the back by an Atlanta police officer, died earlier this month.<\/p>\n

Earlier in the day, a group of people had “taken over” the burned-out property in South Atlanta, according to local reports.<\/p>\n

People living in the area also have complained that the protesters who remained were no longer peaceful, but instead were using the space for their own gain and at times blocking people on the street from getting by.<\/p>\n

They claimed the Atlanta police weren’t doing much to solve the problem, making life for those living in the neighborhood a living nightmare.<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
