John Casselman – Phony SEAL Team Six OBL Raid Commando

The folks at Military Phony send us their work on John Brandon Casselman, who claims he was a Master Chief (E-9) U.S. Navy SEAL that participated in the raid that killed Osama Bin Laden.

Since Casselman promotes these SEAL stories on dating sites and Facebook, readers may not only get an insight into how the U.S. Navy SEALs work but also get to see a couple of pages out of Casselman’s dating playbook.  We don’t want to overhype it, but we assure you he brings his “A” game… you be the judge.

If we can just keep the ladies on the sidelines and ask that you not run out on the playing field until the game is over and we finish presenting this case.

On his Zoosk dating profile, he says he was a SEAL and in the Navy for 11 years…

Casselman was not intimidated when Don Shipley’s name was thrown out.  No, he was more concerned about the lack of trust in a newly developing relationship – that was the issue.  Not his Navy SEAL-ness.

Read about it below if you would like…

I wonder if Don Shipley knows he is a living legend or if he likes running a dating concierge service with screening SEAL claims?   Long live The HAIR!  Don did take a timeout from tending his gaggle of geese long enough to confirm little Johnny  Casselman was never a Navy SEAL.

So, we consulted with all of the logical resources.

We could find no record of military service with DoD Manpower/SCRA or with the Department of the Navy.  Having no military records puts any claim of him being a Master Chief, a SEAL or on the Osama Bin Laden raid in a state of doubt.

However, we did find that some other records do exist for John Casselman.

    And here: https://indiana.arrests.org/Arrests/John_Casselman_34497680/

Now, we all would like to put our best foot forward, but honestly – which do you think is the more recent photo?   Or stated another way, the before and after?

OK ladies and or fellas, here is your chance to date that Fake military hero with fantasy bullshit stories about his accomplishments and he comes complete with an arrest record.  Don’t miss your chance to be his next EX.

  • CIA Document Dump: Hundreds of Thousands of OBL Docs Released!

    OBL

The folks from The Long War Journal, as reported at The Weekly Standard have the first analysis of a huge cache of data recovered from Bin Laden’s Abbottabad compound. These files, documents, and images were amassed after the raid which claimed Bin Laden’s life.
Per Thomas Joscelyn and Bill Roggio, the stockpile contains:
    * For the first time, there’s a picture of Hamza bin Laden, Osama’s secretive son, who’s never before been photographed.
    * There’s a file with bin Laden’s hand-written, 228-page private journal.
    * There’s a good deal of evidence that at the time of his death, bin Laden was still actively leading al Qaeda.
    * Also, there’s a great deal of information on bin Laden’s ties to Iran and Iraq.
Here’s Joscelyn and Roggio on al Qaeda and Iran:

One never-before-seen 19-page document contains a senior jihadist’s assessment of the group’s relationship with Iran. The author explains that Iran offered some “Saudi brothers” in al Qaeda “everything they needed,” including “money, arms” and “training in Hezbollah camps in Lebanon, in exchange for striking American interests in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.” Iranian intelligence facilitated the travel of some operatives with visas, while sheltering others. Abu Hafs al-Mauritani, an influential ideologue prior to 9/11, helped negotiate a safe haven for his jihadi comrades inside Iran. But the author of the file, who is clearly well-connected, indicates that al Qaeda’s men violated the terms of the agreement and Iran eventually cracked down on the Sunni jihadists’ network, detaining some personnel. Still, the author explains that al Qaeda is not at war with Iran and some of their “interests intersect,” especially when it comes to being an “enemy of America.”
Bin Laden’s files show the two sides have had heated disagreements. There has been hostility between the two. Al Qaeda even penned a letter to Ayatollah Khamenei demanding the release of family members held in Iranian custody. Other files show that al Qaeda kidnapped an Iranian diplomat to exchange for its men and women. Bin Laden himself considered plans to counter Iran’s influence throughout the Middle East, which he viewed as pernicious.
However, bin Laden urged caution when it came to threatening Iran. In a previously released letter, bin Laden described Iran as al Qaeda’s “main artery for funds, personnel, and communication.” And despite their differences, Iran continued to provide crucial support for al Qaeda’s operations.

Iran supporting al Qaeda? Here’s my surprised look. It’s pretty clear why this document dump did not occur during the one-sided Iran nuclear negotiation conducted by the past administration.

  • Bullet-Ridden Bin Laden

    Bullet-Ridden Bin Laden

A fellow Army SF guy recently wrote an article for Business Insider titled “Here’s the real reason that photos of bin Laden’s body won’t ever be shown.”  In the article, Jack Murphy writes that inside sources claim,

“When all was said and done, UBL had over a hundred bullets in him, by the most conservative estimate.”

    Murphy went on to write,

“what should concern you is a trend within certain special-operations units to engage in this type of self-indulgent, and ultimately criminal, behavior. Gone unchecked, these actions get worse over time.”

Where I grew up in the Army, we were trained to shoot a fallen enemy combatant as you approached, but once you came back to them, and they were still alive—unless they were a threat—you had to treat them as a wounded combatant and provide life-saving care.

Obviously, there was a lot of ambiguity in those set of instructions, and most warfighters agreed that a proper amount of rounds would ensure that no medical attention would be needed.  Furthermore, there was a consensus that a breathing enemy is always a threat—the mind is our greatest weapon after all. /S

I know it’s common practice for military dog handlers let their dogs bite a dead enemy combatant while on the objective.  Apparently it helps keep the dogs sharp and permits them to act out their training to the fullest.

Can the same be said about for our Special Operators?

Personally, I don’t have a problem with America’s warrior class putting some frustration rounds into an enemy that was just trying to rob them of their life.

    What say you?
