  • Two Marines Testify On Harrowing Attack By Angry Antifa Mob

    “A dozen Antifa thugs jumped two latino Marines in Philly, accusing them of being ‘Nazis’ and ‘white supremacists’ while calling them ‘spics’ and ‘wetbacks’ at the same time”

    United States Marines Alejandro Godinez and Luis Torres were viciously attacked by an angry mob of Antifa fascists in Philadelphia on November 17, 2018.

    They appeared in court on Thursday and revealed the details of their harrowing ordeal.

    Philly Mag reports:
    The marines, Alejandro Godinez and Luis Torres, both testified in uniform about the incident, while three marine officers, including their commanding officer, stood in the gallery. The suspects, Thomas Massey and Tom Keenan, who have been linked to antifa on websites and social media, sat together with their individual lawyers and did not speak. [emphasis in original]

    The marines, who are not from the Philadelphia area, said that they had traveled to the city with other members of their helicopter unit, headquartered at Fort Dix, to attend a Marine event that night at a local hotel ballroom. They said that they had no knowledge of the nearby rally, which drew members of the alt-right as well as a large number of counter-protestors, Keenan and Massey reportedly among them.

    According to the marines’ testimony, they were touring historical landmarks near Front and Chestnut streets when suspect Thomas Keenan approached them. Godinez testified that Keenan asked them “Are you proud?,” to which Godinez remembers responding “We are Marines.” Torres said that he remembers Keenan asking “Are you Proud Boys?,” an allusion to one of the alt-right groups behind the rally, and one that Torres said he didn’t understand. “I didn’t know what Proud Boys meant,” he said.

    Whatever Keenan said, both marines testified that Keenan, Massey, and approximately ten other people — men and women, some masked and some unmasked — then began attacking them with mace, punches, and kicks, and calling them “nazis” and “white supremacists.”

    On the stand, Godinez said that he was “bewildered” by being called a white supremacist and immediately cried out, “I’m Mexican!” After that, as the attack continued, both men said that members of the group, including Keenan, repeatedly used ethnic slurs, including “spic” and “wetback,” against the marines. (There was no testimony that Massey used any such language).

    Godinez testified that he was maced at least six times, hit in the head, and kicked in the ribs, and he said that while he was being “stomped,” members of the group, which the judge and the district attorney’s office have both referred to as a “mob,” chanted “fuck him up” over and over again.

    Tucker Carlson, one of Fox News’s commentators, was not at home Wednesday night when his home and cars were attacked by Antifas. The AFs posted a video of the incident on Twitter, but it has since been taken down and their account was suspended.

    This is not a group of men dressing up like Indians and boarding a moored ship in Boston Harbor to protest the British Tea Act and taxation without representation.

    This is far beyond that, done for the sole purpose of terrorizing people whose views are different from those of liberals.

    Out of this comes a minor surprise. The rival networks are now saying “This is not right.”  Uh, what? No gloating?

    “Something @CNN and @foxnews can agree on: it’s completely unacceptable to threaten a TV host and his/her family,” said a tweet from CNN’s communications team.

    Other rival members of the media expressed the same sentiment.

    “Fighting Tucker Carlson’s ideas is an American right. Targeting his home and terrorizing his family is an act of monstrous cowardice. Obviously don’t do this, but also, take no pleasure in it happening. Feeding monsters just makes more monsters,” CBS late night host Stephen Colbert wrote on Twitter.

    “The ‘group’ that staged this action call themselves anti-fascist. Do they understand how fascist is it to attack a family home like this?,” wrote NPR’s Scott Simon. “Denounce him on Twitter.. Boycott his sponsors. Not this.”

    Why are those with views opposing Carlson’s reacting like this? Simple: they got a wake-up call out of it. If Fox’s Carlson and Ted Cruz can be attacked, so can they. Whereas before this, they were smug and self-involved, this has rattled their chains.

    I expect to see more such things before this is over, and when/if it happens, I hope it hits those smug, toffee-nosed clankers just as hard as it hits conservative people. Let’s keep a weather eye on it. N.B.: I do NOT wish anyone any harm or ill will, but a sharp dose of reality will do them a lot of good.

This hate-filled sentiment is clear within the latest vile,… nay,… evil and horrific smears directed toward Kanye West and anyone who dare defy the Marxist ideology of the political left.

    Now the media narrative controllers are fully engaged along with their political brethren. Do not look away. The vulgar lies and filth are extreme as ideological entities utilize their microphones in a brutal attempt to advance their position in the mid-term election…

  • Bernie Sanders supporter protesting right-wing rally beaten up by Antifa

    Fox News reports a registered Democrat and Bernie Sanders fan, while protesting a right-wing rally, was attacked and beaten by militant members of his own movement- because he possessed a “fascist symbol” — an American flag.

    The counter-portester, Paul Welch, told The Oregonian/Oregon Live he brought the flag with him when he went to Portland Aug. 4 to oppose a right-wing rally held at the Tom McCall Waterfront Park.

    While the American flag is more commonly associated with the conservative movement, Welch, from Oregon and who voted for Sanders during the 2016 Democratic presidential primary, said he wanted to “take it back.”

    “The right, and certainly a lot of smaller groups like Patriot Prayer, might rush to things like the flag and try to take it up as, ‘This is our symbol exclusively,’” Welch told The Oregonian/Oregon Live. “Part of my thinking was to take it back.”

    Other than some odd looks, Welch said he didn’t encounter any problems when he joined the hundreds of counter-protesters who gathered at City Hall that day. The trouble started when the group began marching toward the park.

    He said two people dressed in black and covering their faces approached him and demanded he give them the “fascist symbol” he was carrying. When he refused, the Antifa duo tried to rip the flag from his hands.

    Another masked counter-protester then approached Welch and began striking him from behind with an unidentified weapon concealed in black fabric.

    Welch, 38, was struck on the back of the head and collapsed to the ground.

    “My bones turned to Jell-O and I just went down,” Welch recalled. “I remember thinking there was a very good chance that I could be beaten to death.”

    Video of the incident, which has been viewed thousands of times, shows the person with the weapon walking away. But another counter-protester, holding a shield, moves in, stands above Welch and then jabs him with a makeshift weapon.

    A group of volunteer street medics rushed to Welch’s aid and took him to an urgent care clinic in the city. Doctors needed four staples to close a 3-inch gash on the back of Welch’s head and he spent at least two days recovering from a concussion.

    This is getting out of control. I have no issue with the Welchs of the world peacefully gathering and protesting whatever is bothering them. Eventually those who don a mask and black clothing are going to assault the wrong person.

  • ANTIFA attacks USMC stickers.

    In a series of photos posted to Twitter by filmmaker Ford Fischer, members of Antifa can be seen smashing the windows of the U.S. Marines Corps recruiting office on Shattuck Avenue.

     

    I assume most of you heard about this nonsense yesterday.  You can find the story all over the interwebnet thingy.  At the risk of being slightly different here at TAH, this seems to be what happens when citizens are not allowed to be armed to protect themselves and their property.

    “After I filmed the antifa break the Marine Corps office window and throw a torch into a dumpster, one of them called a few over to confront me. They basically told me to leave, implying attack if I didn’t. I left. ‘Get the f— back. Cops aren’t here. They won’t help you.”

    I am fairly sure that is why many of us do carry a weapon, because Cops can’t be everywhere I am.

    “an extremist element among a large group” damaged 21 city vehicles, setting one on fire, and slashed their tires. The group also set fires in trash bins, which were extinguished quickly. Officials did not identify the “extremist element.”

    How much longer will it be before a headline reads,”Veteran defends himself and others from ‘an extremist element among a large group’ by gunning down the hammer swinging thugs.?” I might not be a smart man, but I know when somebody with a black mask is running at me with a hammer it is not a good thing, Jenny.

    The incident began percolating days earlier when two groups announced plans for a “No to Marxism” rally at the city’s Civic Center Park, an announcement that prompted plans for a “Sweep Out The Fascists” march. A counter-rally drew hundreds of people downtown.

    Sounds like even citizens of Kalifornya and Orygone are getting a little fed up.  Nothing promotes a healthy respect for your neighbor more than a .357 in his pocket.  Just sayin.
