I actually taught the course where he got that certification. It was a Commando Krav Maga basic law enforcement defensive tactics course, and there is no “Masters” level. I remember the guy mentioning being in special operations and thought at the time that he seemed full of shit. However, he did meet the requirements for completion of the course, so he did actually earn that particular certificate.
