One photo shows him speaking at a function in his dress blues. If you look at the window behind him, there appears to be multiple red and gold flags in a reflection. He has to be at some sort USMC celebration, and I want to know why nobody vetted Sgt. Flounder before got on stage a crapped allover his honorable service.
