BS. Collar (USN Chief, E7) not spaced properly. No CPO would do that, even a reservist. NAM has oak leaves (Army style) not stars. Medals in wrong order I think and some aren’t ones a sea- sailor (see silver qual badge) would have. Clearly a phony prop.

I agree that no real CPO would have a uniform that is put together that sloppily. I’m not sure if you’re referring to the SWS pin by the “silver qual badge” reference, but that looks correct to me (although the placement is sloppy.) The SEAL trident and Aircrew wings are the only enlisted badges that I can recall which are are gold.
