They just can’t wrap they’re peabrains around the fact that columns are NOT used. They use wrap around text.
Every forged DD214 I’ve seen has the same deal.
When I retired in ’08 a comment was made by the lady doing the DD214’s about the fact I had a continuation sheet to my DD214.
