This guy is a fake. He does not have a tattoo on his neck what ever it is he used a sharper marker. He was in the army for 6 months in Missouri and was kicked out because he was a nut job. He was discarded back in the early 90’s. I saw somewhere someone said 1998 he was discharged but he was living in Georgia at that time. If anyone was giving him money or helping him you are very dumb! He is a scam artist and could sell snow to a Eskimo. He should be put in jail for what he trys to inpersonate. He is one big loser! The Army was smart to kick his loser ass to the curb. His name is not Michael Westbay either his real names is William Westbay JR and his last know address was Lake Grove NY. He is in his 40’s
