  1. The last entry in his record of assignments reads “OTH,”
    and that normally means a discharge of “Other Than Honorable,”
    the administrative equivalent of a Bad Conduct Discharge imposed
    as a sentence by courts-martial. It not only characterizes the
    service as literally “other than honorable,” it indicates a total
    loss of benefits administered by the service and the veterans
    administration.
    The only way to know for sure would be the bottom part of the DD214,
    here redacted.
    I wish I had known of this case earlier, I would have driven up and
    helped Lynn Pryor in Hopkinsville.
