It takes dedication to wear a drill sergeant badge when you’ve been deployed and should wear your combat patch, especially when you have a purple heart and the highest army award for achievement you are sporting is an AAM…
But as for the E-7 in 9 years, I was in the Active Army for 26 years and made E7 in 9 years. So it is plausible; but this clown done nothing to earn any of awards or rank he is wearing.

That sure does look like a USMC good conduct medal under his PH, but it’s tough to tell for sure. Maybe USCG? I can tell you that it isn’t an Army GCM.
I get a lot of confused looks while sporting the CIB with dolphins, but I don’t parade around with 75th crests and stars on the CIB.
I’m going to guess at prior USMC LCpl (but that Newport News stinks of USN).

Dead fucking give away that this dude is a 1st Class Assclown and lying POS is that he is wearing the Infantry cord but, unless those are crossed cannons for his brass and not crossed rifles, he is missing one significant piece of the Infantry dress uniform regalia. I ain’t gonna say what it is because most of you will know what is missing. The other thing is he is wearing SF Tab (pin) above the Ranger one on the right side.
I ain’t even gonna get into the medals because the only one I recognize is the PH and he damn sure didn’t earn that.
