Editor’s Note: Monkress needed a bump up to the top. His lawyer is sending threatening letters to our friends and I guess she decided after a phone call with me, that her threats would only be a day’s welcomed distraction. Someone is walking the halls of Congress with Monkress’ DD214 today asking questions. I’ve added some more evidence that Monkress called himself a Navy SEAL, which seems to be their defense these days, that he never said he was a SEAL. Someone sent us some information on Phillip Dale Monkress who was outed late last year by POW Network as a phony SEAL, but he’s still rockin’ the lie, so it’s time to call out the pitchfork brigade. Here’s picture of him in his motorcycle club, the US Military Veterans’ Motorcycle Club;

Good stuff and glad to see you guys doing the dirty work to protect our veterans. It is a shame to see some veterans/ civilians taking advantage of the sacrifices that some of our veterans and service-members have made. The guy served his country and it is a shame that he cannot be proud of that.
I hope this information helps your mission but in regards to the SDVOSB/ VOSB certification. If for whatever reason you feel that anyone would be falsely misrepresenting themselves as a service-connected disabled veteran and taking advantage of the program designed to help service-disabled veterans, this website should you out: http://www.vetbiz.gov/. There are appropriate links to the CVE as well as the VA OIG who will seriously look into any concerns you might have.
The VA does use the term service-connected disability loosely and someone might qualify for the program even though injuries sustained from non-combat related actions.

Thanks to everyone for their research and posts. If this guy had a service related disability while serving as a Data Systems tech on a sub tender tied to the pier in Georgia, then it must have been caused by drunkedness and falling down a ladder. He had no training in SEAL or CBN downrange training either. He didn’t have time to get it done. I have heard this guy’s BS stories and they make me sick. How does he sleep at night?

I have read every post, link, sub-link for this thread. I am disheartened that I have found this thread. Disheartened, because I have known this individual for a long time and it sucks having to find the truth out from other people. The research and connections all of you have are amazing. I will make no allusions that I can do anything any of you have done when it comes to this research, however, I do have people in certain places that can verify all of this. I hope its wrong but alas, I know its not and it sucks.
There were things discussed earlier ib the thread about how some people know about this and aren’t doing anything about it. Trust me, we will do something about this. I will post here in a few months the outcome of what we do. This will be fixed.

I have been sitting back reading this thread about once a week over the last 5-6 months, made a few calls to check some things out, and conclude the dirt-bag has been taking credit for unearned valor, credentials, and education for almost 20 years. And now his company is benefitting from his lies. (This is the unfortunate part since he no doubt has some loyal, quality employees.)
My question is, “why even bring up ‘redemption’?” He’s way down the road on his lying habits.

A little digging reveals if it weren’t for the dirtbag’s up-close-and-personal relationship with the Boeing small business specialist, Becky Martin, All Points Logistics wouldn’t have anything to brag about. Boeing, thru Ms. Martin, wants it to look like APL is such a great small business partner, but the reality is APL is just a second-rate slug that doesn’t keep its commitments to Boeing or its other partners, including Jacobs Technologies. Ms. Martin and Mr. Monkress are … well, we’ll leave it at that.
A little more digging reveals more than anyone could imagine. It is completely horrifying that he has been able to get away with this for as long as he has. We need lobby our legislative bodies for stronger checks and balances.

With great dismay, I have read this thread from voices unknown, that seek to pillory a life for the most minor of infractions, which has been well addressed, here. Apparently, the target of this insidious racket, primarily Internet thugs and cowards from from their writing, seek to pin the red letter of A on this Florida Prynne, for resume inflation.
What this boils down to is the “shocked and outraged crowd” complaining about a minor indulgement, if true of the Sin of Greed. Resume inflation, at its core, is a small spritual deviation into self-serving comments or inflation of one’s self in society. What all this cacophany of voices is about is the observation of one mans desire for personal gain with no victims found.
False attempts at claims to dishonor, grandiously written, as to fallen brothers and graves are simply the same inflation of the supposed moral indignites, suffered by the Internet class of the most recent thugs and harpies, practicing on the InterNet “schadenfreude” or the German for a pleasure derived from the misfortune of others.
In the limbic sense, humans are tribal and pack oriented. Ashamedly in the human system is the targeted practice of cruelty, when deviations are observed. Scholars agree, that in human development, perhaps 20,000 to 50,000 years, these tribal or pack behaviors are well known.
By pillorying this man, in the IP age, the limbic, cruel, basest of human emotive displays, is seeking the wooden framework on a post, with holes for the head and hands whereby, offenders were locked to be exposed to public scorn.
This is precisely what is occuring on this post, and it is transparent, that the writers are driven by a limbic sense to impose shame on any convenient target, as a form of group pleasure. If not this man, then the adulterer or tax cheater or drunk. While occasionally self-correcting, as to this vile mob behavior, the crowd can take on its own ugliness, devoid of any moral sense and like Pilate, simply condemn, based on mob voices, then free Barabbus a murderer. and on Easter crucify the Christ.
The danger in this piling on, is the momentum of the crowd–no different in recent history, than the Southern rush to judgment of any Negro, with a whiff of staring at a white woman, and the crowd and mob, converges on lynching in a group frenzy as to the judgment.
No different, than the mob piling on in Western Europe in the 1930’s and finding that claimed anti-social existance justified genocide to societies moral offenders such as homosexuals, Gypsies, Jews, the mentally infirm, and old people. This mass hysteria, well repeated in minature here, is nothing new, than moral one-upmanship, cloaked in mob tactics. The writers of these posts, are on the slippery slope to the worst of humankind. Bathed in patriotic cliches, the writers, are not defenders of moral ethics, nor enforcers as they would proclaim, but simply another mob action in the oldest human emotive state, of group cruelty, directed at one, but in its essence leads to the worst, frenzied lynchings, the “science” of eugenics, or forced sterilization, mass murder, genocide and war.
It is true that the all the words written here, are derived from Schadenfreude, as to the cursing, use of disgust terms and calls for summary judgment at the hands of the crowd. The Internet is the Wild West of the expression of the human emotive state, and all the accusers, are simply on the train of hate, as to pillory, lynch or extinguish a life judged in mob hysteria, and siezed with its own momentum; seeks to attack an other as to rank, privelage, title, livelihood or achievement.
As an enduring moral guide, set apart from the human frailities of misguided behavior, Christ teaches us in the Bible, that Jesus faced a mob, just like this Internet crowd baying like animals, to eagerly execute a woman caught in adultery, a moral sin.
In John, 8:7 a simple challenge is issued that ” he who has no sin in their life should step forward and cast the first stone.” The story continues that on introspection and group shame, the mob dissasembled.
I can tell, personally as an educated, well read, moral man, that the written word trail of this indictment as to a venial Sin of greed, is pre-supposed as an attack on all, thus deserving of these harsh words, treatment, expletives and derogation of a mans life. Simply another evil Mob.
I dont’ expect that the readers of this prose would possibly understand the moral dilemmas created by hysteria, mob action, history, the Bible or even Nathaniel Hawthornes, fictional work of Prynne, whereby the writer creates the novel of legalism, sin, guilt and redemption Or even what John records in the New Testament.
Instead, I will take the moral insight and refocus the eyeglass of accusation back onto the mob and compel you through words to reconsider your actions. Who among you does not have a broken marriage, a binge, an arrest, financial problems or other rancor in your life? I can tell by reading your thoughts that the ones on this blog are a rough, uneducated, ill-concieved lower class, given to impulse without the moral rulers of education, the Church, societal achievement or personal dignity.
Instead, you let the moral relativism of Prynne wash over you like cable TV, in Gene Hackmans character in the “Runaway Jury”, bathed in self serving hatred, social rants and “I dont give a damn.” As to any life disturbed, your emotionally written state, and condemnation of a life, matters not.
While the facts and ebb and flow of what actually happened, escapes you, like the Mob you are, you not only condemn but seek retribtion, the worst and lowest of humankind against a stranger.
I see you for what you are, beer drinking or teetotaler Hooligans on Internet night prowl, seeking and enjoying your latest victim by group think and express cruelty.

If there ever were to be a lawsuit, Monkress would be forced to address this issue in court and prove unequivocally that he was a SEAL. A number of people have received letters from Monkress’ lawyer. We haven’t got one yet, but so far, the letters have only steeled these fine Americans’ spines. I do remember a documentary not so long ago about two sisters who got a government contractor to ship parts to overseas posts, and were doing just fine until one of the checks they received was a serious overpayment, by several commas and decimal points.
Instead of returning it, they cashed it. It cleared, and they decided to go to the dark side: they started overcharging the government. It worked until they were audited and found to be defrauding the government.
One of them was arrested; the other committed suicide rather than face arrest and trial.
I just love these sordid stories.

Morality is codified in rules of behavior or governance of ones self, to regulate the conduct of individuals towards the greater good of society. These are constructed into Laws, whether Criminal or Civil as to put limits, sanctions and set boundaries and punishment on moral lapses of personal responsibility.
The following are the Florida State Laws recopied and plain to see, as to relevant public information on conduct.

In Florida, the offense of criminal libel still exists. Whereas defamation is generally a civil matter, Florida law recognizes some types of libel as criminal offenses. Knowingly sending libelous information to a journalist, for example, is a crime, as is the malicious spreading of false statements or even rumors about institutions.
836.01 Punishment for libel.
Any person convicted of the publication of a libel shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082 or s. 775.083.
836.05 Threats; extortion.
Whoever, either verbally or by a written or printed communication, maliciously threatens to accuse another of any crime or offense, or by such communication maliciously threatens an injury to the person, property or reputation of another, or maliciously threatens to expose another to disgrace, or to expose any secret affecting another, or to impute any deformity or lack of chastity to another, with intent thereby to extort money or any pecuniary advantage whatsoever, or with intent to compel the person so threatened, or any other person, to do any act or refrain from doing any act against his or her will, shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 775.082, s. 775.083, or s. 775.084.
