Apparently, Allen West’s wife is suffering stalkers and harassment at her work place and LTC West is drawing a line in the sand according to The Blaze;

In response, a student filed a complaint with FAU police against West, claiming his online warnings made her feel “in danger.” Stephanie Rosendorf of the Florida College Democrats wrote the complaint, according to Raw Story. In it she stated:
As students, we deserve to feel safe exercising our First Amendment rights to peacefully assemble and express our grievances with the University. These days you never know if a threat on social media is to be taken lightly, and in this case it certainly should not be. Allen West is making me feel in danger at school.
Well, there is a reasonable solution, you petty, immature little turd, stop harassing people. And your First Amendment rights don’t extend to making a woman afraid to come to work.

I’d have to imagine, based on West’s Facebook post, that it is a tad more severe than students pestering his wife at work. Remember that during his run against Ron Klein, his and his wife’s personal information, including social security numbers, were somehow released “on accident” in Klien’s campaign mailers. West’s statement over that was not as resolute as this.

What a shocker!
Harrassment, bullying and stalking people fall into the category of illegal acts. They aren’t high school stuff that get kids suspended when they are done by maroons who are legally adults as ms Rosendorf is.
If there is enough evidence involving specific people, all LTC West has to do is file a complaint with the local police, identifying the people involved. A little jailtime, a PRO, and the possibility of an expensive lawsuit with unpleasant PR is a good way to put a stop to these kinds of activities.
And yes, Mr. Anonymouschickenshit, you can be arrested for stalking, harassment, and bullying people if you are an adult, as in Ms. Rosendorf’s case.

Anony-puss: detained terrorists were never combatants to begin with. They do not and never have qualified for treatment as “combatants” (POWs) under the 3rd Geneva Convention of 1949. They’re not members of any opposing armed force. They’re detained criminals during wartime, and have far fewer rights and are dealt with very differently under the Geneva Convention.
Short version: terrorists detained by US military forces qualify only for the protections provided by the general articles of each of the 4 Geneva Conventions of 1949. Essentially that’s 3 hots and a cot; adequate medical care if available; adequate food, water, and shelter; the right to practice religion of choice, and protection against summary execution. While West’s conduct may have arguably violated Army policy (and he was punished because it was found to do exactly that). His conduct did not, however, constitute mistreatment of a POW under the Geneva Convention.
