We had quite a few of these pretenders when I was at DARPERCEN the records center in St Louis. I’d sure like to pull his 201. I was a CA at that time for the 91B4S and the V & G sqi’s. I would have had him looking at article 32 investigation. As a USAR/CG/Ref. he would still be subject to the UCMJ.
