The one form says he was discharged an E-6, another said he was an E-7, it also says he had a bronze star? must have gotten tough as the company clerk?

I looked up the Kerrville (TX) newspaper site hoping to be able to send an email. They only list address & phone number.
Maybe if they get flooded with calls informing them of this phony, along with FOIA documents they might investigate.
